555rr Terms and Conditions

1.1 These terms apply to 555rr's website, mobile application, and all services under it. By accessing the platform, registering, and using any service, you are legally agreeing to these terms.

1.2 In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. Together, all these documents form the complete agreement between the user and 555rr.

1.3 The word "platform" used in these terms refers to all online and mobile services of 555rr. "Member" or "user" refers to any registered individual.

1.4 555rr provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. These terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall always be considered authoritative.

1.5 If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full force.

2.1 To register on the 555rr platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must register with your correct, truthful, and complete information.
• One person may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled.
• Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited may not register.

2.2 At the time of registration, you must provide a valid mobile number, username, and password. Providing false or incorrect information may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of any balance.

3.5 Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

4.1 The following mobile banking methods are available for deposits and withdrawals on the 555rr platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is ৳500 in both cases. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required in cases involving verification or unusual activity.

4.4 At the time of withdrawal, funds will be sent only to the mobile number registered on the member's account. Withdrawals to a different number will not be processed.

4.5 If unusual transactions or suspected fraud are detected on any account, 555rr may temporarily suspend the transactions and conduct an investigation.

4.6 Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure that the wagering requirements for any applicable bonus on the account have been met. If wagering is incomplete, the withdrawal request will be rejected.

5.1 555rr provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these general terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• A bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus requests must be made within the set time limit; expired bonuses will not apply.
• 555rr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus misuse or manipulation is proven, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 Other Promotional Offers

6.1 Slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and other gaming services are available on the 555rr platform. Each game category has its own rules.

6.2 If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error in any game or bet outcome, 555rr reserves the right to determine the correct result. Any funds paid out due to an error may be reclaimed.

6.3 In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or does not take place, the bet amount will be refunded. Rules for specific sports can be found in the relevant section.

6.4 In multi-bets, if even one selection is wrong, the entire bet may be lost. Be aware of the risks when combining multiple bets.

6.5 RTP (Return to Player) information is game-specific and reflects a long-term mathematical average — it does not guarantee the same return in every session.

6.6 Any form of cheating, use of bots, software assistance, or gaining unfair advantages on the 555rr platform is strictly prohibited.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555rr platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Bonus abuse — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Facilitating gaming activity by minors.
• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.

7.2 If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8.1 555rr reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or improper activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
• At the member's own request.

8.2 If a member wishes to close their own account, please contact the support team. Withdraw all available balance before the account is closed.

8.3 If a suspended or closed account is not subject to any allegation of breach of terms, the valid balance will be returned.

8.4 After voluntarily closing an account, a request to re-register may be made; however, 555rr reserves the right to approve or reject such a request.

9.2 The platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps your transactions and personal information secure.

13.3 Rights Preserved: Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term. 555rr retains the right to exercise its rights at any time.
